puzzles of any kind, I like to solve things.
Are you planning to go to college? If so where?
As of right now I am planning to attend Brigham Young
University in Idaho.
Will you be studying math in college?
I haven’t decided on a major yet, but math is a passion of
mine, and I would love to take more classes on it.
What influence of help have your parent given you during
schooling?
Honestly my parents haven’t had to help me too much
with school. Their support for my achievements has been
motivating though.
What have you learned from this experience with Trig-
Star? Would you recommend this for other students to
experience?
The Trig-Star test really makes you think outside the box. It
takes a lot of problem-solving skills. I would recommend it
for others to see how math is applied in real life.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years? 10 years?
In 5 years, hopefully I will be at college after serving an
18-month mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-
day Saints. In 10 years, I hope to be setting down with family.
Have you even thought about a career in surveying or
engineering?
I have considered engineering, but I am still unsure about
what to do with my life.
Anything else you would like to say?
Math is cool!
