Lahontan Chapter

Update Getting It Done

Closing out 2021, the Lahontan Chapter held a chapter meeting on
November 10 at La Posada Real. Our speaker for the November
th
meeting was Randy Rhodes with Pointerra. At the meeting Randy
spoke about point and data management. In December we had
the chapter Christmas party at Schussboom Brewing. Attendance
was good as we enjoyed pizza and chicken wings along with each The industry-leading
other’s company. From what I heard everyone enjoyed getting
together. Thanks to John Gomez for putting that together. photogrammetry

Moving into 2022, we held our first meeting of the year on January
20 at La Posada Real restaurant. 2022 NALS state president

Robert Carrington joined us to discuss the year ahead with the
Nevada Association of Land Surveyors. Starting in February our
meetings will be returning to the 2 Wednesday of the month.

The Western Regional Survey Conference will be March 30
th
through April 2 in Las Vegas. I encourage all Lahontan Chapter And plenty of learning opportunities!

Finally, I would like to thank the 2022 Lahontan Chapter Board
