Two individuals define True North for NALS and WestFed by
keeping us on track and staying the course for the betterment
of our membership, and the land surveying profession, even
though they are not Land Surveyors themselves. Dorothy
Calegari and Crissy Willson are the driving force that allows both
NALS and WestFed to achieve their goals and provide positive
value for the members. Dorothy and Crissy are committed to
ensuring NALS and WestFed can be the best they can be, and then
make us even better. They engender trust and develop genuine
connections with the members of both Associations, and they are
always looking for opportunities to ensure the associations are
successful.
We all know Dorothy and Crissy are not ones to seek recog-
nition or praise, but the time has come that we extend our
gratitude, appreciation, and admiration for the work they do for
NALS and WestFed.
Thank you, Dorothy & Crissy, for motivating and inspiring us,
as well as a little prodding and pushing when needed, to do our
best. You may not be Land Surveyors by profession, but you are
the True North, and guiding lights, we all strive to be.
