2022 President Robert Carrington installed the 2023 Board of
Directors. The Board of Directors took the NALS Oath of Office. DELEGATION OF DUTIES
Duties of the Secretary and Treasurer were included in the agenda.

Nancy Almanzan, President MOVED by Frank Wittie and SECONDED to delegate the duties of
Nick Ariotti, Vice President Treasurer to the Executive Director except for attending meetings
Todd Enke, Secretary and signing checks to Association Management Services and/or
Frank Wittie, Treasurer its employees. MOTION CARRIED.

Michael Detwiler, Director Secretary to the Executive Director except for attending meetings.

Advanced Education Chair Trent Keenen reported that College

PRESIDENT’S REPORT Great Basin College (GBC) Land Surveying program will now be
President Nancy Almanzan thanked the Board of Directors for under the mining program umbrella. There is still a need to update
volunteering their time and their continued service to NALS and the curriculum at GBC. Professor Byran Calkins would like to
