Nancy reported that the NSPS Foundation scholarship applica-
tion is now open.
Nominations were made for NSPS Officers and the ballot should
be sent in December.
STATE REPORTS
State reports were included in the agenda. More information is
included in the highlights report.
Gary Gervelis reported that the ASPLS Conference will be held
February 22-24, 2024 in Anchorage.
Todd Beers reported that PLSC (Colorado) will be introducing leg-
islation for mandatory continuing education. They are looking for
information from states that already have mandatory continuing
education regarding how the requirement has helped to protect
the public. Executive Director Crissy Willson has provided the
Continuing Education Resolutions adopted by the WFPS Board of
Directors and suggested that a letter be written for PLSC.
