As the editor and current President of the Southern Chapter, I
wanted to blend the two into one column. We kicked off our year
in January at Lawry’s for an excellent lunch meeting with our
current State Association President, Nancy Almanzan. Nancy About the Cover...
provided the Southern Chapter with an update on the happenings
of the state board and her goals for this year. And last month, we
had an amazing turnout for a dinner meeting held at the Sierra
Gold. The meeting topic was Surveyors Safety, presented by Past-
President of CSLA, Rob McMillian. We had over 50 attendees
present. That was the best attendance in years! THANK YOU,
        Southern Chapter, for the support!
