ABOUT NALS

The Nevada Association of Land Surveyors (NALS) was incorporated and chartered on November 2, 1973. As an Association of Professional Land Surveyors, our purpose is to promote the common good and welfare of our members in their activities in the profession of Land Surveying; to promote and maintain the highest possible standards of professional ethics and practice; to promote professional uniformity and to promote public awareness and trust in Professional Land Surveyors and their work.
Today, NALS membership is 200 strong and is comprised of Professional Land Surveyors, Land Surveying Interns, Associate Members, Corresponding Members, Sustaining Members and Student Members. There are 2 active chapters within the State of Nevada: the Lahontan Chapter in the Reno/Sparks/Carson City area and the Southern Nevada Chapter in the Las Vegas/Henderson area.
